Roles & Responsibilities:

• Have a deep understanding of the entire product suite. Should be up-to-date in technical knowledge, and an in-depth understanding of any coding language is a must.
• Responsible for implementation of the solutions provided by Razorpay for key clients.
• Responsible to represent Razorpay from a platform integration perspective with prospective merchants.
• Accountable to ensure successful implementation of platform integration between Razorpay and merchants.
• Support reactive queries and requests raised by merchants within an agreed turnaround time and quality standards.
• Read and respond to integration and platform documents shared by prospective customers.
• Act as a key feedback channel for customers’ product requirements and expectations, closing the loop with the Product team.
• Help validate requirements in case of product customization requests from clients.

Requirements:

• You should have 3 to 5 years of experience in payments or SaaS platform integrations, implementations, or solutions roles.
• You should hold a BE/B.Tech/M.Tech degree in Computer Science, IT, or related fields.
• You must be proficient in one or more programming languages such as Java, .Net, PHP, Python, or JavaScript.
