Solution Lead

You will lead a team of Platform engineers and work with a cross functional team of Product and Customer Organization to deliver on the implementation. Roles & Responsibilities
- Work across the entire IT landscape that spans across network, compute, storage, databases, applications and business domain.
- Use the Big Data and AI driven features of vuSmartMapsTM to provide solutions that will enable customers to improve the end user experience for their applications.
- Create detailed designs, solutions and validate with internal engineering and customer teams, establish a good network of relationships with customers and experts.
- Understand the customer application architecture and transaction level workflow to identify touch points and metrics to be monitored and analyzed.
- Analytics and analysis of operational data and provide insights and recommendations.
- Constantly stay ahead in communicating with customers. Manage planning and execution of platform implementation at customer sites.
- Work with the product team in developing new features, identifying solution gaps etc .
- Complete ownership and accountability of the technical delivery of program by working with VuNet teams and Customer teams.
- Effective task prioritization and work under critical deadlines to ensure delivery as committed.
- Stakeholder management and identifying champions from the customer team for product adoption growth.
- Interest and aptitude in learning new technologies- Big Data, no SQL databases, Elastic Search, MongoDB, DevOps, scripting, Solutioning, Containerization, K8s.
What You Bring
Mandatory Skills

Strong expertise in Kubernetes
Production-grade deployment, cluster hardening, resource optimization, troubleshooting -
Kafka
Design, tuning, and monitoring of large-scale Kafka clusters for high-throughput messaging. -
SQL
Strong expertise in writing and optimizing SQL queries for large datasets. -
DevOps mindset
Hands-on with python scripting, Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Helm), and monitoring/logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK). - At least 5+years of experience in IT Infrastructure Management, observability and APM tools implementation.
- Experience in working with large scale IT infra, including applications, databases, network and cloud native architectures.
- Experience in solution design of
resilient, scalable, cloud-native architectures
across on-prem, private and hybrid clouds. - Strong hands-on experience in Linux and Scripting
- Good oral and written communication skills
Observability Domain Knowledge
- Understanding of
Open Telemetry, Infrastructure Monitoring, Log Aggregation, RUM, and Synthetic Monitoring
concepts. - Familiarity with how observability platforms aid in
incident detection, triage, performance tuning, and SLA management
. - Keen interest in
troubleshooting
and optimizing digital journeys
for critical business applications in BFSI. - Exposure to
AI/ML-based alerting or anomaly detection
in observability tools.
Good to have
- CKA Certification: Certified Kubernetes Administrator
- ClickHouse: Deployment, scaling, query optimization for observability workloads
- ElasticSearch, Docker, Big Data Tools
- REST APIs, Web Services, JMX, MongoDB
- Exposure to AI/ML-based alerting or anomaly detection
- Familiarity with customer digital journeys in BFSI domain
