Job Description: As an Amdocs Billing and Invoicing Specialist (Solution Lead) based in Pune, your primary responsibility will be managing Amdocs billing systems, optimizing invoicing processes, and configuring Turbo Charging solutions. Your expertise in telecommunications billing, hands-on experience with Amdocs tools, and ability to enhance charging operations are crucial for ensuring seamless billing operations. Key Responsibilities: - Manage and maintain Amdocs billing systems to ensure smooth operation. - Configure billing cycles, rate plans, and customer-specific billing rules. - Handle end-to-end invoicing process, including generation, validation, and distribution of invoices. - Ensure compliance with tax and regulatory requirements during invoicing. - Implement and configure Amdocs Turbo Charging solutions for real-time charging processes. - Collaborate with development and operations teams to enhance charging efficiency. - Troubleshoot and resolve billing and invoicing discrepancies or system errors. - Provide support for billing inquiries and customer escalations. - Generate billing and invoicing reports for management review. - Analyze data to identify trends and recommend improvements. - Identify and implement process enhancements for greater efficiency in billing and invoicing workflows. Qualification Required: - Hands-on experience with Amdocs billing tools, including Turbo Charging. - Strong understanding of invoicing systems and processes. - Familiarity with telecommunications billing, rating, and charging concepts. - Experience in managing large-scale billing operations in the telecom domain. - Proficiency in analyzing billing and invoicing data to derive actionable insights. - Strong troubleshooting skills to resolve complex issues effectively.,
