Solution designer (SAP HR)

Role Overview: As a Solution Designer with at least 10+ years of development experience, including 4 years specifically as a solution designer, your main focus will be on SAP HR design and development within the banking domain. Your role will involve contributing to the design and architecture discussions on behalf of the Technology Team and ensuring adherence to solution design by understanding functional documents and working closely with Business Analysts/Users. Key Responsibilities: - Utilize your extensive experience to design data models, free form, and reports based on regulatory report requirements. - Collaborate with the team to develop solutions for Regulatory and Risk reporting, with a strong emphasis on data warehousing and PL SQL. - Bring your prior design experience in SAP-HR to the table to enhance the overall design and architecture discussions. - Contribute your expertise in Regulatory Reporting and Data Warehousing to drive the design process forward. - Work in a self-driven manner, managing tight timelines effectively and efficiently. - Show proficiency in cloud concepts, particularly AWS, to further enhance the solution design process. Qualifications Required: - Must have a minimum of 10+ years of overall experience, with a specific focus on at least 4 years as a designer/architect. - Prior experience in SAP-HR design is essential for this role. - Preferred experience in Regulatory and Risk reporting. - Strong expertise in Data Warehousing, PL SQL, and designing data models. - Familiarity with cloud concepts, especially AWS, is beneficial for this position.,
