Solution Designer

As a Designer at Barclays, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing solutions to complex business problems. You will collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and requirements, and design solutions that balance technology risks against business delivery, driving consistency. In this position, you will design and develop solutions as products that can evolve, meeting business requirements aligned with modern software engineering practices and automated delivery tooling.
