Job Description

Coordinate with assembly and production teams to ensure designs are optimized for manufacturability, ease of assembly, and cost-efficiency. Oversee the integration of design changes into the production and assembly processes. Work closely with manufacturing and assembly teams to resolve any technical challenges or issues that arise during production. Ensure that all designs meet quality standards and regulatory requirements, including safety and environmental standards. Collaborate with the production team to monitor progress and identify potential improvements in the manufacturing and assembly process. Key Responsibilities: Built and executed a comprehensive material handling solution. In-depth knowledge of automated material handling solutions used in alloy steel & manufacturing Industry. In-depth knowledge of mechanical systems used in various material handling, conveying, pick and place etc. systems. Should be able to understand mechanical engineering drawings. Able to conceptualize and come up with a solution as per customer s requirement. Review and sign-off on final solution for technical feasibility. In depth knowledge of Manufacturing Processes. Should have hands on experience of any 3D/ 2D design software . Should have knowledge of Robotic system /Grippers etc. Should have knowledge of Pneumatic/Hydraulics systems.
