Solution Consultant - Presales

As an experienced and technically strong Solution Engineer, your role at Atomicworks will involve partnering with the sales and product teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences through deep technical engagement and tailored solutions. You will act as the technical expert during the pre-sales process, supporting sales teams and potential clients. Your responsibilities will include: - Conducting in-depth discovery sessions and delivering compelling product demos showcasing Atomicworks" value proposition. - Understanding customer technical requirements and designing effective, scalable, and customized solutions. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth transitions from sales to implementation. - Managing complex mid-market and enterprise deal cycles, including RFP responses, solutioning, and documentation. - Maintaining detailed pre-sales documentation and assisting with post-sales handover. - Supporting clients primarily in US time zones. To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills: - Hands-on experience in ITSM (IT Service Management) and ESM (Enterprise Service Management) platforms. - Proven experience in handling mid-market and enterprise deals with long sales cycles. - Strong value-based selling and communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts clearly. - Creative problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset. - Comfort with handling RFPs, managing customer expectations, and driving technical discussions. - Being a self-starter who enjoys working in fast-paced environments with a sense of ownership and accountability. - Willingness to learn continuously and adapt to new technologies and methodologies.,
