As a member of Microsoft Industry Solutions Delivery (ISD), you will play a crucial role in supporting pre-sales activities, technical delivery, intellectual property management, business development, readiness, and operational excellence. Your responsibilities will include: - **Pre-Sales Support:** - Participate in the pre-sale process as needed. - Help scope projects by sharing customer or technical knowledge in your specialty domain. - **Technical Delivery:** - Follow the capacity process outlined by the RICC team. - Participate in meetings with customers/partners to understand their needs. - Support project planning and development by defining risks and dependencies. - Implement technical solutions with defined quality standards. - Proactively identify and address issues and risks. - **Intellectual Property Management:** - Act as an ambassador in the consumption of intellectual property. - Assist in creating intellectual property content and identify areas for improvement. - **Business Development:** - Identify opportunities to expand cloud and Microsoft technology adoption. - **Readiness:** - Learn new technologies based on business demands. - Obtain relevant accreditations and certifications. - Share experiences and best practices within the team. - **Operational Excellence:** - Complete operational tasks with timeliness and accuracy. - Follow Microsoft policies and procedures. In addition to these responsibilities, you will embody the culture and values of the organization. **Qualifications:** **Required/Minimum Qualifications:** - Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Finance, Business, or related field AND 1+ year(s) work experience in relevant area of business OR equivalent experience. **Additional Or Preferred Qualifications:** - 3+ years" work experience in relevant area of business. - Technical certifications based on domain/service line (e.g., Azure, Security, Dynamics). - Delivery Management certification (e.g., Scrum, Agile, Change Management, Project Management).,
