Job Description

Client facing experience in conducting requirements gathering workshop with Accounts Payable and Finance department people and create solution blueprint for implementation of OpenText VIM
Hands on experience in solutioning and end to end implementation of OpenText Vendor Invoice Management (VIM) Solution for at least 2 real life customer projects
Experience in Vendor Invoice Management, Intelligent Capture for SAP, Business Centre, SAP Business Workflows, ABAP, Invoice Capture Centre, Enterprise Scan, Document information processing and Data capture from paper and electronic documents
Sound knowledge of SAP Modules (SAP Financial Accounting (FI), Material Management (MM)) and SAP ABAPUnderstanding of Invoicing related Tax and Legal Compliance for county specific implementation of VIMExperience in designing and implementation of VIM with custom Vendor Portal
Proven experience in upgrading/migration VIM solutionJD :
Business Requirements: Do Requirements Gathering workshop with business and functional users to understand their as is Accounts Payable process and the to be automated Account Payable process for implementing VIM and Vendor PortalAnalysis and Design: Analyse the business requirements and design the best practice solution for implementation of VIM and Vendor
Portal integration to meet customer requirementsConfiguration of Archive Center, IC4SSupport SAP Basis consultant for SAP Add on installation
