D365 F&O, AX and ERP implementation/development

Strong acumen in Microsoft D365 development and integration
Strong understanding of DevOps and Agile iterative delivery practices
Programming skills in all of the following: X++, C#, T-SQL, PowerShell, XML, and JSON
Knowledge of best practices for IT Operations in an always-up, always-available service
Ability to build consensus amongst your peers around driving direction
Self-driving, with strong organizational skills
Proven influence, mentoring, and coaching skills
Patience to teach others, but persistent enough to keep progress moving quickly.
Strong instincts and methodologies for troubleshooting, identifying root cause and responding to solutions for a wide range of technologies
Strong understanding of IT Security and related methodologies
Clear, concise communication skills
Assertive, motivated and willing to take initiative to fix problems
Well versed in Azure infrastructure deployment and management
Experience with helping teams absorb new ideas and change.
