Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

Design end-to-end architecture for web and mobile applications.
Evaluate open-source technologies, tools, and frameworks to incorporate into solutions.Develop scalable, maintainable, and secure architecture patterns for diverse projectsGuide development teams in implementing MERN stack and other open source solutions.Provide mentorship to developers on best practices, coding standards, and design principles.Lead code reviews, ensuring high-quality, clean, and reusable code.Build and deploy full-stack applications leveraging the MERN stack.Integrate APIs, microservices, and third-party libraries to enhance functionality.Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and responsiveness.Implement caching strategies, database optimizations, and load balancing.Collaborate with product managers, business stakeholders, UI/UX designers and cross-functional teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.Present architecture designs and progress updates to stakeholders.Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in technology.Implement best practices for application & data security and Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and industry standards.Innovate and recommend tools, techniques, and technologies that enhance development processes.Identify opportunities to leverage and contribute to open-source projects and engage with the open-source community to stay updated with emerging trends and tools.

Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years of hands-on experience with the MERN stack.
• Prior experience in designing and deploying large-scale, distributed applications.
• Proficiency in database SQL and NoSQL, Express.js, NestJS, ReactJS, NextJS, and Node.js with Javascript and Typescript
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and microservices architecture.
• Falimier with front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern libraries.
• Experience with containerization tools like Docker and orchestration platforms like Kubernetes.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and serverless architecture.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Strong communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Leadership and team management capabilities.
• Collaborative mindset and ability to work in cross-functional teams.
• Demonstrated involvement in open-source contributions or community engagements.
