Job Description

Solution Architect

Key Responsibilities

Process Assessment & Requirement Gathering

Understand clients existing finance processes (e.g., Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, Record-to-Report).
Identify inefficiencies, compliance gaps, and automation opportunities.

Solution Design

Create a blueprint of the to-be” process by leveraging
BPM tools
, automation, and domain best practices.
Define workflows, controls, SLAs, dashboards, and governance models.

Technology & Tools Integration

Recommend tools like RPA (UiPath, Automation Anywhere), AI/ML-based invoice processing, workflow automation, OCR, analytics platforms.
Ensure seamless integration with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, MS Dynamics, etc.).

Domain-Specific Expertise

Apply F&A knowledge:

P2P
automated invoice capture, 3-way match, vendor helpdesk workflows.
O2C
cash application automation, credit checks, collection strategies.
R2R
automated reconciliations, month-end close accelerators, compliance controls.

Stakeholder Management

Act as a bridge between
business leaders, operations teams, IT, and clients
.
Demonstrate how the solution improves cost savings, accuracy, and compliance.

Skills Required

BPM knowledge
: Workflow design, process orchestration, SLA/KPI governance.
F&A domain expertise
: Deep knowledge of accounting principles, compliance frameworks (SOX, IFRS, GAAP).
Automation & Digital skills
: RPA, AI/ML in finance, analytics dashboards, OCR tools.
ERP knowledge
: SAP, Oracle, MS Dynamics, NetSuite.
