As a Solution Architect - Datacenters at Eaton, your main responsibility is to design and support the implementation of data center infrastructure solutions for MTDC customers. Your role involves mapping Eaton offerings to customer requirements and providing technical and engineering support to the in-house engineering staff and design teams at MTDCs. Key Responsibilities: - Support Strategic Accounts in India by aiding in technical design and positioning Eaton products favorably - Act as the primary technical point of contact for the Strategic Accounts Team, offering comprehensive support for Eaton's full portfolio - Assist in large bids by providing technical expertise, costing, and financial estimation of proposed solutions - Facilitate technical collaboration between Multi-Tenant Data Centers and Eaton's product lines to support product innovation - Conduct product seminars and training sessions on Eaton products at targeted consultant firms or MTDCs - Provide mentoring and training to Strategic Account Sales Engineers and other employees within and outside the organization - Collaborate with the field team to identify and address post-deployment issues through Root Cause Analysis Qualifications: - Bachelor's in Engineering with 15+ years of experience - 10+ years of experience in Datacenter infrastructure engineering or data center operations at an MTDC, with at least 3 years in a design role Skills: - Proven track record in managing global data center deployments at scale - Ability to interface with electrical consultant principals and lead electrical engineers - Proven capability to find creative solutions for complex technical problems - Strong problem-solving, communication, presentation, and training skills - Experience in value selling and self-management Please note that the above job description is specific to the role of Solution Architect - Datacenters at Eaton.,
