As a Solution Architect specializing in Datacenters at Eaton, your main role involves designing and supporting the implementation of data center infrastructure solutions for MTDC customers. Your responsibilities will include: - Supporting Strategic Accounts in India by aiding in technical design and positioning Eaton products effectively - Acting as the primary point of contact for technical and engineering support for in-house engineering staff and design teams at MTDCs - Serving as a technical expert within the Strategic Accounts Team, offering comprehensive support for Eaton's full portfolio of products - Assisting the Strategic Accounts Team on large bids, including technical interpretation and interfacing with consultants and owners - Estimating the costing and financial aspects of proposed solutions, ensuring alignment with company's gross margin expectations - Facilitating technical collaboration between Multi-Tenant Data Centers and Eaton's product lines - Conducting product seminars and training sessions on Eaton products and solutions at targeted firms or MTDCs - Providing mentoring and training to Strategic Account Sales Engineers, Facility Account Managers, Major Account Managers, and other employees - Collaborating with the field team to identify root causes for post-deployment problems and working on permanent solutions Qualifications: - Bachelor's in Engineering with 15+ years of experience - 10+ years of experience in Datacenter infrastructure engineering or data center operations at an MTDC, with at least 3 years in a design role Skills: - Proven track record in managing global data center or colocation deployments at scale - Ability to interface with electrical consultant principals, lead electrical engineers, and facility engineers at data centers - Proven capability to find creative solutions for complex technical application problems - Strong problem-solving, communication, presentation, and training skills - Initiative, self-management skills, and experience in value selling Please Note: The Job Description does not include any additional details about the company.,
