Primary skills, experience required for this role:

• Bachelor/ Master Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or relevant field with 12-15 years of development and/or business analysis and/or Architecture experience

• Experience with designing complex architecture solutions which are scalable and robust, driving POCs with innovative solutions

• Knowledge on development (.NET, Python, React, ..) & DevOps (Jenkins, Sonar), with the ability to test and experiment with those technologies.

• Technico-functional knowledge on SAP is a plus

• Experience of Architecture (functional and technical) including ability to take into consideration demanding requirements in terms of security, compliance,consistency, robustness, scalability and availability.

• Experience in Data Architecture including Data Management, Data flow definition taking into account constraints as data classification, data quality, data freshness

• Previous experience in IT Solutions design or test.

• Previous experience in IT Security design or setup.

• Cloud infrastructure and services experience.

• Collaborative mindset and team player.

• Open minded, customer focused and 'Agile' ready (Safe & Scrum).

• Strong communication skills.

• Knowledge of Archimate modelling, ideally with Airbus EAMR customisation

Responsibilities

• Lead the solution design for the applications in scope and for the product in cooperation with the architecture team.

• Co-define and ensure evolution of Security architecture definition for ARD & Security Dossier.

• Participate in creating and validating the conformity of applications with Airbus classification standards : Data Classification, Export Control policies, GDPR compliance...).

• Architecture documentation creation and validation

• Orchestrate all architectural elements, functional, data, application, infrastructure, network, security etc collaborating with all internal resources sufficient to produce architecture design documents.

• Ensure IM landscape integration and operational viability of new products, defining and supporting Operation conditions of success (means skills processes) with product /project teams to guarantee Products Robustness, Scalability, Performance and Security.

• Lead Technical Guidance to Product Owners/Managers to ensure fast Product deliveries applying Agile and DevOps principles.

• Defining, implementing, and/or improving solution Architecture processes.

• Ensure the link between projects and transversal streams (Application Architecture, Architecture network, Data Governance), and manage escalations when needed.

• Perform regular benchmarks of Project Management tools, participate in building an Architecture transversal network.
