Solution and Release Manager - SAP Analytics Cloud

Role Overview: As a Software and Applications Expert at Mondelz International, you will be responsible for the implementation of solutions related to MDS Finance application system solution and release management. Your key purpose will be to manage ongoing activities proactively in collaboration with the application owner to ensure process, system, and data delivery. Key Responsibilities: - Possess good knowledge of all MDS Finance owned applications and play a key role in ongoing solution and system governance. - Manage upgrade and release management tasks including tenant, license, and vendor contract management. - Responsible for system landscape/tenant management, system license management, system object governance, system test/release management, system upgrades, system defect management, performance monitoring, system interface management, system CAB management, and system contract management. Qualifications Required: - Experience in international transformation projects and understanding of system and data usage within Finance business processes. - Strong IT/system affinity and proficiency with a pragmatic, structured, and independent way of working. - Ability to interact with stakeholders, drive change, and demonstrate leadership competencies such as planning, drive for results, customer focus, creativity, peer relationships, and informing. - Good knowledge of FP&A processes, large projects, stakeholder management skills, and a strong focus on cost, schedule, and quality of project delivery. - Bachelor's or master's degree in Finance and/or IT with 12-15+ years of working experience. - Proven English language proficiency.
