SOLIDWORKS Technical Support Engineer

We are looking for an individual with expertise in CAD software to join our R&D Operations Team as a SOLIDWORKS Technical Support Engineer. In this role, you will report to the manager based in Pune. Your responsibilities will include: - Taking end-to-end ownership of tech support requests, ensuring customer satisfaction via CRM system, phone, and email - Assisting SOLIDWORKS resellers in troubleshooting and resolving issues - Identifying the root cause of problems and suggesting/performing solutions - Providing timely and accurate answers/solutions, validating code corrections, and writing/reviewing knowledge articles and best practice documents - Collaborating with various teams to investigate and resolve issues - Mentoring team members by sharing technical expertise - Coordinating the annual Technical training summit for resellers in the APAC region - Contributing to the development and implementation of web-based support initiatives To excel in this role, you should possess: - Proficiency in SOLIDWORKS CAD - Previous experience in technical support - Strong communication skills (both verbal and written) - Eagerness to learn and adapt quickly - 0-4 years of experience - Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical/Production Engineering - Knowledge of PDM/PLM is an added advantage - Solid understanding of CAD and geometry - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills - Ability to collaborate with global teams and work towards common objectives - Self-motivated with a willingness to acquire new skills and knowledge At Dassault Systmes, we are committed to creating diverse and inclusive teams worldwide.
