About the Role

SolidWorks Trainer

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct theoretical and practical training sessions on

  SolidWorks

  — including Part Modeling, Assembly, Drafting, and Surface Modeling.
• Explain design principles, parametric modeling, and product design workflows.
• Prepare structured course materials, assignments, and real-world projects.
• Provide hands-on guidance during lab sessions and evaluate student progress.
• Stay updated with the latest SolidWorks versions and design methodologies.
• Develop and deliver advanced modules (e.g., Sheet Metal, Weldments, Simulation).
• Organize workshops, design challenges, and certification sessions for students.

Required Skills & Expertise

• Strong proficiency in

  SolidWorks

  : Part, Assembly, Drawing, Surface, Sheet Metal, and Simulation.
• Solid understanding of

  mechanical design

  , product development, and GD&T principles.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and mentoring skills.
• Ability to make complex topics easy to understand.
• SolidWorks Certification (CSWA / CSWP / CSWE) preferred.

Qualification & Experience

• Qualification:

  B.E / B.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical or Automobile Engineering (or equivalent).

• Experience:

  1–3 years of industry or teaching experience in SolidWorks.
