Job Description

As a Soldering Operator, your role involves performing manual soldering of PCB assemblies including SMT & through-hole. You are required to follow work instructions, drawings, and IPC standards diligently. Your responsibility also includes inspecting solder joints for quality and reliability, as well as carrying out basic rework/repairs when necessary. It is essential for you to maintain tools, soldering stations, and ensure ESD/safety compliance at all times. Key Responsibilities: - Perform manual soldering of PCB assemblies (SMT & through-hole). - Follow work instructions, drawings, and IPC standards. - Inspect solder joints for quality and reliability. - Carry out basic rework/repairs as required. - Maintain tools, soldering stations, and ensure ESD/safety compliance. Qualifications Required: - ITI/Diploma in Electronics or related field. - 1-3 years of experience in soldering (electronics manufacturing preferred).
