Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Solaris Administrator / Engineer to manage, maintain, and optimize Solaris-based servers and enterprise systems. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Solaris administration, system performance tuning, and troubleshooting to ensure high availability and reliability of critical systems.Key ResponsibilitiesInstall, configure, and maintain Solaris servers and associated applications.Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high availability.Manage user accounts, permissions, and security policies.Perform system backups, patches, and upgrades.Automate routine tasks using scripting (Shell, Perl, or Python).Collaborate with IT, DevOps, and application teams for seamless operations.Maintain documentation for system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps.
