Position: Solar Technician

Location: On-site in Tamil Nadu, India

Job Type: Full-Time

Solar Technician

What You’ll Do:

• Install and maintain solar power systems
• Conduct site assessments and ensure systems are installed correctly
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot technical issues
• Perform tests and checks to make sure systems are running safely and efficiently
• Ensure all work meets safety standards and regulations
• Collaborate with other technicians and project teams to meet deadlines and goals

What We’re Looking For:

• Hands-on experience with solar systems and the solar energy industry
• Solid understanding of solar power generation and related technologies
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Comfortable performing physical tasks and working at heights
• Good communication skills and a team player attitude
• Technical or electrical background is a big plus
• Relevant certification or training in solar technology
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Strong commitment to safety and sustainability
