Position: Solar Technician Location: On-site in Tamil Nadu, India Job Type: Full-Time We’re looking for a skilled and motivated Solar Technician to join our team in Tamil Nadu. In this role, you’ll be hands-on with solar power systems—installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting equipment to ensure everything runs safely and efficiently. You'll work closely with our team to assess sites, test systems, and help deliver clean energy solutions that make a real impact. What You’ll Do: Install and maintain solar power systems Conduct site assessments and ensure systems are installed correctly Monitor system performance and troubleshoot technical issues Perform tests and checks to make sure systems are running safely and efficiently Ensure all work meets safety standards and regulations Collaborate with other technicians and project teams to meet deadlines and goals What We’re Looking For: Hands-on experience with solar systems and the solar energy industry Solid understanding of solar power generation and related technologies Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills Comfortable performing physical tasks and working at heights Good communication skills and a team player attitude Technical or electrical background is a big plus Relevant certification or training in solar technology Self-motivated and able to work independently Strong commitment to safety and sustainability
