Solar technician

As a Solar Installer / Solar Technician at our company, you will be responsible for the installation and maintenance of residential and commercial solar panel systems. Your role will involve the following key responsibilities: - Install solar PV systems on rooftops and ground-mounted structures - Conduct site assessments to ensure proper system design and installation - Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings - Mount panels, run wiring, and connect inverters, batteries, and other system components - Troubleshoot and repair solar systems as needed - Ensure compliance with safety standards and electrical codes - Collaborate with project managers, electricians, and clients on-site - Maintain tools and equipment in good condition Qualifications required for this role include: - 10th/12th/ITI/Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical or related field - Working knowledge of electrical systems and tools - Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions - Strong attention to detail and safety compliance - Willingness to travel to project sites as required In addition to the responsibilities and qualifications mentioned above, we offer on-the-job training and career growth opportunities.
