This role is critical in ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest performance standards. Key Responsibilities Conduct site assessments, including structural evaluations, shading analysis, and review of electrical infrastructure. Interpret and implement engineering plans, technical drawings, and installation specifications. Supervise on-site solar PV installation activities for rooftop, ground-mount, or utility-scale projects. Ensure all installation work meets company quality standards, industry codes, and local regulatory requirements. Provide technical support to field teams, resolve installation challenges, and troubleshoot system issues. Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, technicians, and other stakeholders to maintain project timelines. Perform QA/QC inspections and maintain detailed field documentation, including daily reports and punch lists. Support testing and commissioning activities, including system validation, performance testing, and grid interconnection.
