Solar Technician

Halo Energy Solutionz is hiring Solar Service Technicians in Trivandrum. Role includes installation, maintenance & troubleshooting of solar systems. ITI/Diploma in Electrical preferred. Training & growth opportunities provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in installation of solar panels, inverters, wiring, and mounting structures.
• Conduct routine maintenance, servicing, and performance checks of solar plants.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical and technical issues in solar systems.
• Ensure proper earthing, safety compliance, and system testing.
• Support engineers during site surveys and commissioning of projects.
• Maintain accurate records of services, repairs, and client reports.
• Provide after-sales service and customer support for installed systems.

Skills & Qualifications

• ITI/Diploma in Electrical / Electronics / Renewable Energy (preferred).
• Prior experience in solar installation/service is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of electrical wiring, solar inverters, and safety standards.
• Physically fit and comfortable working at heights (rooftop installations).
• Good problem-solving skills and willingness to learn.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
