Job Description: Field Sales Executive - Residential Rooftop Solar

About Us:

Surya Sarathi is a registered EPC partner under the PM Surya Ghar Muft Bijli Yojana, enabling

households to harness solar energy and reduce their electricity bills. We are looking for a proactive

and motivated Field Sales Executive to support our growing residential solar business.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct site surveys and assess rooftops for solar installation.

- Educate homeowners about the PM Surya Ghar Yojana and the benefits of rooftop solar.

- Generate and follow up on leads in assigned territories.

- Coordinate with the inside sales team to schedule site visits.

- Build trust with customers and close sales with a consultative approach.

- Maintain accurate records of visits, customer details, and follow-ups.

Requirements:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Comfortable with field work and meeting homeowners in person.

- Basic understanding of rooftop solar systems (training will be provided).

- Must have a two-wheeler and smartphone.

- Self-driven with a target-oriented mindset.

Compensation:

- Fixed Salary: Rs. 20000 per month

- Incentives: Performance-based, per order closed

- Working Days: 6 days/week
