As a Project Manager in the solar industry, you will play a crucial role in overseeing solar project execution from design to commissioning. Your responsibilities will include coordinating with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget. You will need to identify and approach potential clients and markets, as well as prepare proposals, quotations, and contracts. Key Responsibilities: - Generate leads and close sales for solar installations - Identify and approach potential clients and markets - Prepare proposals, quotations, and contracts Client Relationship Management is another key aspect of the role where you will serve as the main point of contact for clients. You will be responsible for explaining the technical and financial benefits of solar energy solutions, providing after-sales support, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: - Serve as the main point of contact for clients - Explain technical and financial benefits of solar energy solutions - Provide after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction Additionally, you will be involved in Site Assessment & Feasibility Analysis by conducting site surveys, evaluating solar potential, and coordinating with engineers for system design based on findings. It is important to have a good understanding of solar PV systems, inverters, batteries, and related components. Qualifications Required: - Experience in overseeing solar projects - Strong coordination and communication skills - Knowledge of solar PV systems and components In Regulatory Compliance & Documentation, you will need to ensure that projects comply with local, state, and national regulations. This includes handling net metering, permissions, subsidies, and maintaining proper documentation for each project phase.
