Job Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Solar Project Sales Executive/Manager who has a proven track record in the solar power system industry. The candidate must have strong technical knowledge of solar projects, excellent sales skills, and the ability to manage client relationships from lead generation to project execution.

Candidates without prior solar industry experience will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities in the solar power sector (rooftop, commercial, industrial).
  • Conduct client meetings, site surveys, and technical discussions to understand project requirements.
  • Prepare proposals, cost estimates, and presentations for clients.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with EPC partners, consultants, and government officials where required.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Collaborate with technical and operations teams for smooth project execution.
  • Stay updated on government policies, subsidies, and market trends related to renewable energy.
  • Represent the company at exhibitions, trade shows, and industry events.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in solar project sales (rooftop or industrial solar systems).
  • Fluency in Kannada (mandatory) – should be able to communicate effectively with local clients and vendors.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Good knowledge of solar project design basics, BOQ, and feasibility reports.
  • Proficient in preparing sales reports, tracking leads, and using CRM tools.
  • Must have a valid driving license and be comfortable traveling for client visits.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Energy, or relevant discipline preferred.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary Range: ₹4–8 LPA (based on experience and performance).
  • Incentives: Attractive performance-based incentives.
  • Other Benefits: Travel allowance, mobile reimbursement, and on-field expense support.

Additional Information

  • Immediate joiners preferred.
  • Location flexibility: Must be based in or willing to relocate to Office region .
  • Candidates without a solar background will be strictly rejected.
