Solar Project Engineer

As a Project Engineer at our KOCHI location, you will be responsible for leading and managing projects with a capacity of up to 500KW. Your role will involve coordinating closely with Sales and Integration teams to ensure seamless project execution. Your key responsibilities will include demonstrating a strong ability to persuade customers and effectively close sales. You are expected to have expertise in quality integration processes. A Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent) is required for this position. Proficiency in English is a must for this role, and knowledge of additional languages is considered a plus. The preferred experience level for this position is MEDIUM, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role. This is a full-time job with a morning shift schedule. Performance bonuses are provided based on your performance. A Bachelor's degree is preferred for education qualifications, and a total of 2 years of work experience is required. The language requirement for this role is English, and a willingness to travel up to 75% of the time is preferred.
