Job Description

A Solar Plant Installer is responsible for the installation, testing, and commissioning of rooftop and ground-mounted solar photovoltaic (PV) systems as per approved engineering drawings and safety standards. The role involves assembling and mounting solar panels, connecting electrical wiring, installing inverters, earthing systems, and balance of system (BOS) components, as well as performing basic troubleshooting and maintenance. The installer must ensure that all installations comply with CEA/CEIG norms, electrical safety regulations, and client specifications. Candidates should have hands-on experience in working with solar structures, DC/AC cabling, conduit routing, and use of tools and measuring instruments. The position requires strong technical aptitude, teamwork, and the ability to work at heights and in varying site conditions while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
