We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Solar Technician to join our team for the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of solar power systems. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with photovoltaic (PV) systems, electrical wiring, and structural installation for both rooftop and ground-mounted solar projects. Responsibilities include assembling solar panels and mounting structures, connecting DC and AC systems, performing testing and troubleshooting, and ensuring adherence to all safety and quality standards. The candidate should be able to read technical drawings, coordinate with site engineers, and complete assigned work efficiently within project timelines. Preference will be given to candidates with ITI/Diploma in Electrical or related fields and prior experience in solar plant installation.
