Job Description

Role Overview:

We're looking for a Solar Operation & Maintenance (O&M) Engineer to join our growing technical team. You’ll be responsible for ensuring the efficient and safe performance of solar power plants.

✅ Key Responsibilities:

Perform routine maintenance and inspections on solar PV systems.
Diagnose and resolve system faults and performance issues.
Maintain logs, reports, and service records.
Monitor plant performance and respond to downtime alerts.
Work closely with remote monitoring and field teams.
Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards.

Candidate Profile:

Strong knowledge of solar inverters, LT/HT panels, and PV modules.
Familiar with site safety practices and performance monitoring tools.
Ready for field/site work and flexible with travel.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
