Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Solar Maintenance Executive to manage and maintain solar project sites efficiently. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in solar panel maintenance and be comfortable with continuous travelling to various project locations.

Roles & Responsibilities:

· Record and report all faults, deficiencies, and unusual occurrences, along with time and materials used on work orders.

· Handle all required repairs, regular maintenance, and monitoring of warranty-related issues.

· Manage unscheduled maintenance problems across solar projects to ensure smooth operations.

· Execute scheduled maintenance activities to ensure efficient running of all project sites.

· Travel to project sites and vendor locations for installation, repair, maintenance, inspections, and modifications.

· Follow maintenance SOPs and trackers to maintain zero downtime and high system efficiency.

· Ensure all O&M activities comply with OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) standards and warranty conditions.

· Identify root causes of issues and develop corrective and preventive action plans within defined timelines.

· Track maintenance expenses and ensure adherence to the approved budget.

Qualifications:

· ITI / Diploma / B.Tech (Electrical preferred)

· Must have completed installation of at least 100 kW Solar Projects and one full maintenance cycle

Skills Required:

· Strong understanding of DC & AC electrical systems

· Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PPT)

· Must have own bike and a valid driving license

· Interest in solar and renewable energy
