Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Erode for a Renewable Energy Division. The Solar EPC Manager will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of solar energy projects. Daily tasks include supervising project teams, managing power generation and power plant operations, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget. The role involves both office and field work, demanding effective team leadership and project management skills.

Qualifications

• Supervisory Skills and Team Leadership
• Experience in Power Generation and Power Plants
• Proficiency in Project Management methodologies and practices
• Strong communication and coordination abilities
• Ability to work on-site in Chennai
• Experience in the renewable energy sector is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
