Solar Engineer

Role & responsibilities

We are looking for a skilled Solar Project Installation Engineer to manage on-site execution of rooftop and ground-mount solar power projects. The role involves conducting site surveys, evaluating technical feasibility, supervising installation teams, and ensuring proper installation of modules, structures, AC/DC cabling, protection devices, and inverters as per industry standards. The engineer will also be responsible for system testing, commissioning, documentation, and ensuring compliance with DISCOM/MNRE guidelines.

Preferred candidate profile

The ideal candidate should have a Diploma/BE in Electrical or related fields, with strong knowledge of solar equipment, safety practices, and troubleshooting. Experience with tools like multimeters, torque wrenches, and monitoring platforms is desirable. The engineer must be efficient in team coordination, problem-solving, and client communication, with a willingness to travel and work at project sites.
