Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kolkata and eastern part of India for a Solar Engineer. The Solar Engineer will be responsible for designing and developing solar power systems, including PV system layouts and electrical integration. Day-to-day tasks include conducting system assessments, preparing technical documentation, optimizing system performance, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. The role may also involve collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver efficient project execution. Qualifications Knowledge of the Solar Industry, Solar Power, and Solar Systems Proficiency in PV Design and Electrical Design Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Understanding of industry standards and regulatory requirements Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering/ Diploma Or ITI in Electrical engeenering Or renewable Energy. Prior experience in the solar energy sector is a must for minimum 2 years. Ability to work collaboratively within a team and manage projects effectively
