Solar Electrical Technician

Job Description: We are looking for a motivated and skilled Diploma Engineer in Electronics with sound knowledge of solar products and systems. As a Diploma Engineer in Electronics, you will be responsible for assisting in the design, installation, testing, and maintenance of solar-based electronic products and solutions. Your primary duties will include working on the assembly, installation, and troubleshooting of solar products such as solar panels, inverters, charge controllers, and batteries. You will also be expected to conduct routine testing, inspection, and quality checks of electronic and solar equipment. Additionally, you will provide technical support in product integration, wiring, and PCB-related work, as well as assist in field installations, commissioning, and after-sales service of solar products. It will be crucial for you to maintain proper documentation of service reports, test results, and project details, while also coordinating with the design and R&D team to improve product efficiency and reliability. Ensuring compliance with electrical safety and quality standards during operations will be a key aspect of your role. Key Skills & Competencies: The ideal candidate should possess a Diploma in Electronics/Electrical/Renewable Energy with a strong knowledge of solar systems and components. Hands-on experience in wiring, soldering, circuit testing, and troubleshooting is essential for this position. Familiarity with batteries, inverters, and power electronics is also required. Good communication skills are necessary for customer interaction and team coordination. The ability to work independently and handle on-site challenges effectively will be advantageous.
