The role involves leading and managing Quality Assurance activities in the Solar Cell manufacturing domain.
The incumbent will be responsible for establishing and monitoring QA systems, conducting process audits, driving root-cause analysis for defects, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and certifications.
They will collaborate with cross-functional teams in production, R&D, and engineering to maintain product reliability and efficiency, while continuously improving quality metrics.
The role also requires mentoring QA teams, implementing advanced inspection techniques, and ensuring quality requirements are met.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
