About the Role

Lumixion (a NYC company) is looking for a Smart Contract Developer with strong experience in building programs on the Solana blockchain. The ideal candidate understands Solana architecture, on-chain program development, and decentralized applications. Rust experience is preferred but not a strict requirement as long as you have solid Solana smart contract development experience.

You will work with our product and engineering teams to build and deploy smart contracts that power our platform.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy smart contracts and on-chain programs for the Solana blockchain

• Integrate smart contracts with platform components through close collaboration with internal teams

• Write secure, efficient, and well-documented on-chain code

• Test, simulate, and debug smart contracts

• Stay current with Solana ecosystem updates, frameworks, and tooling

Requirements

• Proven experience developing Solana smart contracts or on-chain programs

• Strong understanding of blockchain fundamentals and decentralized applications

• Rust experience is preferred but not mandatory if you have practical Solana development expertise

• Familiarity with Anchor, Solana Program Library, Solana CLI, SDKs, and deployment workflows

• Strong problem solving skills and attention to detail

• Ability to work independently and communicate clearly

Preferred

• Experience in DeFi development on Solana

• Familiarity with other smart contract platforms
