Job Summary: We are seeking a knowledgeable and engaging Software Trainer to educate individuals and teams on software systems and tools. The trainer will be responsible for creating and delivering high-quality training sessions—both in-person and virtual—ensuring that learners understand how to use software effectively for business or academic purposes. Key Responsibilities: Design and deliver training programs for various software applications (e.g., AI/ML, Python, programming tools, Database Systems, etc.) Conduct hands-on sessions, workshops, and webinars. Assess training needs through surveys, interviews, or consultations with managers or clients. Customize training programs based on the audience (beginners, intermediate, advanced). Provide post-training support and troubleshoot learners' technical issues. Track training effectiveness through feedback, tests, and performance metrics. Stay updated with the latest software tools, trends, and training methodologies. Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Education, or a related field. Proven experience as a software trainer, technical instructor, or similar role. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong understanding of software systems, tools, and teaching techniques. Ability to explain complex concepts in a simple and engaging manner. Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning platforms is a plus. Preferred Skills: Experience with programming languages (Python, AI/ML, Mongodb, Mysql, JavaScript, etc.) Knowledge of enterprise tools like Power BI. Certification in instructional design or a relevant software product.
