Job Description We are seeking passionate Trainers/Faculty who will be responsible for delivering comprehensive training sessions in their respective domains. The ideal candidates should have strong technical knowledge, practical experience, and the ability to engage students through interactive and hands-on learning methodologies. This role requires good communication skills and a commitment to creating a positive and productive learning environment. Key Responsibilities Conduct in-depth and practical training sessions in the assigned technology (Python, Java, AWS, DevOps, or Cybersecurity). Develop and deliver course materials, assignments, and assessments to enhance student understanding. Provide hands-on training, real-time project guidance, and coding exercises. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and incorporate best practices into training. Mentor and guide students in developing domain-specific applications and projects. Prepare students for industry certifications and job placements. Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback for improvement. Conduct workshops, webinars, and seminars as needed. For Python, Java, AWS, and DevOps Trainers : Candidates with 0–6 months (freshers) to 2 years of experience are welcome. For Cybersecurity Trainers : 0 to 2 years of relevant experience is required. Requirements Strong knowledge in the relevant domain (Python, Java, AWS, DevOps, or Cybersecurity). Hands-on experience with tools, frameworks, or platforms used in the specific domain. Good understanding of project workflows, real-time applications, and problem-solving. Proficiency in using IDEs, cloud platforms, or DevOps pipelines (depending on the domain). Excellent communication, presentation, and mentoring skills. Passion for teaching and the ability to simplify complex concepts. Experience with online training platforms and e-learning tools is an added advantage. Why Join Us?
