Job Description

The Game Tester, also known as a Quality Assurance (QA) Tester, is a crucial member of the game development team responsible for identifying and documenting bugs, glitches, and other issues in a game before its public release. This role involves playing games from a critical, analytical perspective to ensure a high-quality, polished, and enjoyable user experience. Game Testers work closely with developers, designers, and artists to provide detailed feedback and ensure all issues are resolved. Key Responsibilities: Methodically test all aspects of gameplay, including features, controls, graphics, and audio, to identify defects and inconsistencies. Execute and follow specific test plans and test cases to ensure comprehensive coverage of the game. Re-test resolved issues to verify that the fixes work as intended and have not introduced new bugs (regression testing)
