Software Tester

Job Description: You will be working as a Software Tester with 3-4 years of experience in manual and automation testing. Your main responsibility will be to ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of software applications through effective testing strategies. Key Responsibilities: - Develop, execute, and maintain test cases, test plans, and automation scripts. - Perform functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT). - Identify, document, and track bugs using tools like JIRA, Bugzilla, or Trello. - Design and implement automation frameworks using tools like Selenium, TestNG, or Cypress or Playwright. - Conduct API testing using Postman or REST Assured. - Ensure seamless integration of tests in CI/CD pipelines. - Collaborate with developers and business teams to ensure software meets requirements. - Continuously explore and implement new testing tools and best practices. Qualification Required: - 3+ years of experience in manual and automation testing. - Strong understanding of STLC, defect lifecycle, and Agile methodologies. - Hands-on experience with automation tools, test management platforms, and API testing. - Familiarity with programming languages like Java, Python, or JavaScript for automation scripting.
