Software Tester

Job Title: Mid-Level Software Tester B2B Marketplace & ERP
Location: BangaloreJob Type: Full-TimeExperience Level: 3 5 YearsAbout the Role:We are looking for a detail-oriented Mid-Level Software Tester to join our QA team and ensure the quality of our B2B marketplace platform. Our system includes a customer-facing order portal and a backend ERP dashboard to manage and process those orders. You ll be responsible for validating both UI and backend flows, including API integrations between the portal and ERP.Key Responsibilities: Analyze and test end-to-end workflows across the customer order portal and ERP admin panel. Create and execute test plans, test cases, and automated test scripts. Perform functional, integration, regression, and API testing. Log and manage defects via tools like Jira and collaborate with the dev team for resolution. Validate business-critical flows such as order placement, processing, invoicing, and status updates. Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to QA best practices.Requirements: 2 5 years of experience in software testing (manual and automation). Strong understanding of B2B workflows, order management, and ERP systems. Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.Frameworks & Tools (Required): Automation: Selenium WebDriver, Cypress API Testing: Postman, Swagger Test Case Management: TestRail or similar Bug Tracking: Jira Version Control: Git CI/CD (Optional but preferred): Jenkins, GitHub Actions Basic DB Validation: MySQL / MongoDB (preferred)Nice to Have: Experience testing ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics NAV, SAP, or custom ERP solutions. Experience with load/performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter). Exposure to automated test execution within CI/CD pipelines. ISTQB or other QA certifications.
