Software Tester Intern

Job Title: Software Tester (Fresher)

Location: Kinfra Techno Industrial Park, Kakkanchery

Salary: This is a 2-month internship without stipend. Will be converted into employee based on performance.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Software Tester to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and functionality of software applications through manual and automated testing processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute test cases (manual or automated) and analyze results
• Identify, record, and track bugs or issues in the software
• Work closely with the development team to resolve defects
• Ensure software meets quality standards before release
• Review requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to provide timely feedback
• Prepare detailed test reports and documentation

Required Skills:

• Basic understanding of the Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC)
• Knowledge of manual testing and familiarity with automation tools
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and ability to document results clearly
• Understanding of web and mobile application testing
• Basic knowledge of programming or database concepts (added advantage)

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / IT / related field
• 0 to 1 year of experience in software testing (freshers may also apply)
