Software Tester

You will be responsible for ensuring the quality and performance of mobile applications across Android and iOS platforms. Your key responsibilities will include: - Conducting manual and automated tests on mobile applications for Android and iOS platforms. - Designing, writing, and executing detailed test plans, test cases, and test scenarios. - Identifying, reporting, and tracking bugs using tools like JIRA, Bugzilla, or similar. - Performing regression, usability, performance, and cross-platform compatibility testing. - Maintaining comprehensive documentation of testing processes, results, and bug reports. - Collaborating closely with development teams to reproduce and resolve bugs efficiently. To qualify for this role, you should have: - A Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - 2+ years of experience in mobile application testing. Required Skills: - Experience with testing tools such as Appium and Selenium, and familiarity with various devices. - Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), QA methodologies, and mobile app testing best practices. - Knowledge of version control systems like Git and bug-tracking tools like JIRA. - Attention to detail and the ability to identify issues in functionality, usability, and UI.
