Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Analyze requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to prepare test plans and test cases.
Perform functional, regression, integration, performance, and system testing.
Develop and maintain automated test scripts using tools like Selenium, TestNG, JUnit, or similar.
Identify, record, and track software defects using bug tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Bugzilla).
Collaborate with development teams to troubleshoot issues and verify fixes.
Execute test cases manually and provide detailed test reports.
Ensure test coverage, adhere to testing standards, and implement QA best practices.
Participate in sprint planning, daily standups, and review meetings (Agile/Scrum).
Validate application performance, usability, and security as required.
Continuously improve testing processes and contribute to product quality.
