Job Description

You will be responsible for providing first-line technical support to software users via phone, email, or chat. Your key responsibilities will include: - Diagnosing and troubleshooting software-related issues reported by customers. - Guiding customers through step-by-step solutions for software problems. - Escalating complex issues to higher-level technical support or engineering teams. - Documenting and tracking issues reported by customers in the support ticketing system. - Collaborating with product development teams to improve software based on user feedback. - Conducting training sessions for new users and providing ongoing support. - Understanding the business process and configuring the software as per the training given. - Supporting customers for data entry and guiding them, and if required, performing data entry for them. - Inserting customer data by inputting text-based, Excel-based, and numerical information from source documents. Qualifications required for this role include: - 1+ years of experience in Software Support or hands-on experience with Tally, Marg, Busy, QuickBooks, or any other ERP software. - Creating and maintaining a positive and professional learning environment. - Providing training to employees, partners, or clients. - Knowledge of internet, MS Excel, and Word.
