Job Title: Software Support Executive

Job Description:
Inexoft Technologies is seeking a dedicated and proactive Software Support Executive to provide comprehensive technical assistance to our clients. This role involves supporting clients through troubleshooting, conducting software demos, guiding them through instructions, and ensuring their satisfaction with the software products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support by addressing customer issues and queries related to software products.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions to ensure clients understand the software’s full capabilities.
  • Offer clear instructions and guidance to clients, helping them utilize software features effectively.
  • Conduct on-site visits to clients to provide in-person support, troubleshooting, and product training as needed.
  • Develop and maintain documentation of support tickets, issues resolved, and customer feedback.
  • Collaborate with the development team to address and resolve software bugs and functionality issues.
  • Assist in creating training materials and FAQs for internal and external use.
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through timely and accurate resolution of technical issues.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Commerce, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in software support or a similar customer-facing role.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical information to non-technical users.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and an eye for detail.
  • Ability to perform product demonstrations and deliver clear instructions to clients.
  • Willingness to travel for client visits as required.
  • Proficiency in Malayalam is a must.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with enterprise-level software products.
  • Knowledge of software deployment and troubleshooting tools.
  • Experience in customer support or instructional roles.
