Job Description

The job requires 6 freshers to join as Software Technical Support and Training professionals. As part of your responsibilities, you will provide technical support and training to clients both over calls and through remote/online channels. You will also be involved in testing new software and providing valuable feedback for further improvement. Building and nurturing enduring client relationships is crucial to this role. Additionally, you will be responsible for software installation at client sites and conducting training sessions when necessary. Your role will involve attending to client calls and ensuring prompt and effective solutions are provided. You will also need to solve assigned tasks within the estimated time frame. Proficiency in SQL and Crystal Reports would be advantageous for this position.,
